[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Bloody annoying uploads – errors and duplicates!

    I’m a travel blogger with heavy photo uploading. I’m using this plugin to upload my massive amounts of pictures (down-resed of course) to my blogsite.

    each time I upload, I get a !@#$%^ error after uploading:-

    “The webpage at …wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php?page=nggallery-add-gallery#uploadimage might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): Unknown error.”

    When checking my albums, apparently they’ve been uploaded! (But not all of them) Unfortunately my images are not labeled correctly (not according to my filenames) and worse – multiple duplicates with a “_0.jpg, _1.jpg, _2.jpg”. Oh, no thumbnails too.

    It’s taken like FOREVER to actually upload, and sort out 531 images from my trip to Munich, Germany, let alone all my other trips around the world.

    Frustrating…

    Anyone experiencing the same problems? Any tips on how to solve this?
