[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Blank album pages

I installed the hotlink and it did not solve my problem. I created a page and added the code for the album on that page (using the Nextgen icon on my editor toolbar) and saved it. The galleries show in the page on my site, but when I click on a gallery it opens up onto a blank page. The URL looks to be correct, but the page is blank. Please, somebody answer. I can’t use it otherwise.

When I click on a gallery, like Fireball 2011, either the title or the photo, it opens fine with IE9 and FF10.

Have you cleared the cache (ctrl, F5) or tried a different browser?
