[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] automatically add new gallery to page

    Just wondering is it possible, when adding a new gallery, a page will be generated automatically with the gallery in it? it seems to me the extra step of going into manage gallery to add to page is a little too much, from a usability point of view.

  • I have a similar request: I would like it to be possible to tick a checkbox (when creating a new gallery) that would cause a new post to be automatically created (with the new galery inserted).

    Default behaviour:

    • Title the new post the same as the new gallery, with the possibility to set a different post title right there when creating the gallery.
    • Publish the new post immediately, again with the possibility to tick a checkbox for later publishing.

    I will gladly pay an appropriate amount to the person who makes such feature available in a manner that would see it accepted into the main NextGEN plugin.

    I too would appreciate this along with the option to add to an album at creation.

    So I import a folder or create a gallery and at that point get an option to create a post with the gallery title and the option to add to albums with a checkbox selection like post -> category selection in WP.
