[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] and qtranslate

Hello,

I am working to make the NextGen Gallery plugin work with qtranslate. Apart from the Piclens thingy in NetxGen I belief I have addressed most required changes in NextGen. Still, feedback is more than welcome. ??

I have written a description of the changes here and you can see a Gallery in action there. (I hope you like Cats ?? )
