[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Alternating slideshow and picture gallery

    I want my homepage to display a random slideshow, while the rest of the galleries be set up only with thumbnails.
    Is there a way to set different “options” for different galleries? When I get the slideshow working as I wanted in the home page, all my galleries turned to slideshows.

    You can input a gallery by entering [ slideshow id=x ] in a post or page; this way you can customize each gallery. You can see more examples here Does this help?

    Yes–thanks. But how do I get it to display random images rather than one gallery?
