[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Album Thumbnail not displaying

I’ve installed the next Gen plugin (v0.97) and have made my galleries and albums, upload pics etc…

Everything seems to be working except when my albums are displayed (in either compact or extend modes) there is no album thumbnail… the boxes are blank with the text link “Watch gallery” there instead.

Is there somewhere I need to set the thumbnail for the album? or is it supposed to be automatically created?
