[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Album thumbnail hover like in Gallery

Feature Request: For the sake of improved navigation and visual consistency, I’d like to see the Album (compact) thumbnails have the same hover appearance as the thumbnails on Gallery pages. This is the wide, gray border that appears upon mouseover.
