[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] album not working

    my album is not working.
    i uploaded pics in my gallery then put the gallery in my album.
    however, when i make a new page and write the code [album id=3,compact], i don’t see any thumbnails. i already selected a picture in “preview image” in the manage gallery.

    please help me. i am not a programmer and i am not well versed in wordpress. so this may be a simple problem for some of you but for me it’s not.
