[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Add a gallery to multiple albums

    Is there a way to have a gallery show up in multiple albums?

    Example:

    I have a construction related site and I have albums set up for various services (carpentry, concrete work, etc) they perform. I would like a project to show up in two different services because they performed both kinds of work on this one project.

    Please help… If I can’t, I may have to pursue another option.

  • You can. Place gallery into album A then place it again in album B.

    No? I’m having the same problem. If I add a gallery to an album, it disappears from the list of galleries one can choose from and add to other albums. This surely must be a bug because I can’t understand why one would make it like that on purpose.

    I’m currently evaluating NextGen for use in a couple of projects, and it might be a problem if albums behave as if the galleries were physical and couldn’t exist in more than one place. I’ll probably be able to do with out them all together by using tags, but it would be nice to have something that works like albums/collections or categories for better control.

    someone told me offline… the answer is really quite simple. In the upper right, just click “show all” and all the gallery possibilities will show up.

    IUt’s weird that you have to do that, but it works.

    I can’t believe…….. – so simple and easy. Thank you for advice scottatrip.

    Thanks for the posts. I was having the same issue and was tearing my hair out trying to figure out how.
