[Plugin: Newsletter] Visual Editor Issue (not displaying)- Please Help

  • Hi there, for some reason I cannot enable the visual editor for composing emails etc. in Newsletter.

    I’ve tried turning the option for enabling visual editor off and on several times. I’ve disabled and re-enabled the plugin. I’ve also downloaded the whole package again and uploaded it to my ftp to make sure there wasnt a corrupt file.

    Nothing has made a difference though. I still cant see or use the visual editor for anything in the Newsletter plugin.

    Can anyone help at all? I’m going insane trying to figure out the problem.

  • At the bottom on the Subscription page for the plugin is an option for Advanced settings, disable visual editor. Change it to “no”.
