    Hello,
I developed a plugin I thought as the perfect companion of a super administrator.
It’s mainly an internal search engine you can filter and sort containing all the data you need about your blogs.
It’s still a young project, but it will have a great future.
I would be glad if you help me suggesting me what you would like to see in that plugin and what you definitly miss in your ideal superadmin’s dashboard.
I really like to satisfy every great idea!
Comments, suggestions, critics are very welcome.
Thanks for your help and hope to year your voice!

  • I do have a suggestion or three.

Since this basically reproduces the Super Admin -> Sites menu, with a few extra columns, perhaps you could look into just adding those extra bits to the existing menu.

In 3.1 the Super Admin menu changes to a Network Admin area, so you may want to update the location (but if you merge with existing, there’d be no need) and the blog/user search has already been much improved in 3.1.

Just letting you know what’s coming, as I hate to see people reinvent wheels. ??

Otherwise, the only thing extra you’ve added is the page rank columns and the content column.

I can see that last column being handy for a lot of people, for sure.

Thanks a lot Andrea for your suggestions.
I intended to cover a task that wasn’t covered in 3.0x, so if you tell me that in 3.1 there will be implemented I’m happy for my foresight ??

I’ll keep in mind your suggestion to avoid reinvent the wheel and to focus correctly the future of that plugin.

I’ll keep asking – also after 3.1x – network administrator what they wish in their backend. Maybe with my luck it will be exactly what we all find in 3.2x ??

Anyway, thanks a lot again for your precious suggestions. ??

?? Make sure you check out 3.1 before you redo anything.

Something you may want to consider for each site is showing how many comments are in moderation. there have been a lot of users asking for one spot to see all that.

    Great!
Thanks also for the comment’s suggestion, I already was working on something similar.
It’s just an embryonal project for now…
