    Hi,

wonderful to work with it. But after creating a couple hundred tasks, tons of projects and clients it is getting hard to manage.

It would be good to have filters and sorts for clients, projects, tasks …
So everybody has its own view anyway. It would be great to design views, with columns, sorts and filters.

    Like this:

Name of view: “my client view”
    Colums: name, description, #tasks, edit)
    Sort: name, description
    Filter: name = ‘the one’

Name of view: “my project view”
Colums: Project (name, massage, client.name, #tasks, edit())
    Sort: Project (client.name, name)
    Filter: Project (name = ‘art*’

Name of view: “my task view”
Colums: Tasks (name, prio, client.name, project.name, user.name, user.email, edit(), delete())
    Sort: Task (prio, user.name)
Filter: Tasks (status = ‘work in progress’)

Than you would need only a combobox on top of the page to choose the view.
What do you think? Do you want me to help you with the design of this option-page?

    Bye, EC

    Hi,

I found this example when looking into simple tags. But there views aren’t named and stored.

Heya, Yeah, I know what you mean, and I’ve got some functionality in to handle it, I’ve just not yet implemented it as of yet.

I’d love to see what you’re thinking from a UI/UX perspective … drop me a line on Skype sometime. — Daljo628

    Cheers!
