Plugin navigation missing

    Hello,

    When navigate to the plugin (Woo -> Mailchimp) the Mailchimp navigation menu is missing. It was ok a while ago. Screenshot: https://ibb.co/x7szCBH

    When checking the instruction video on Mailchimp website, the video shows it as it was on my end before: https://ibb.co/ZMmWvP8

    Is it a plugin update that removed it or how can I fix it? Now I cannot do any changes to the opt-in message, audiences, etc.

    We certainly want to help get the plugin installation on your site working properly.

    From your first screenshot it’s not 100% clear what is showing. For now it appears to be basically a blank screen.

    If that is the case would you mind trying to deactivate the and delete the plugin and re-install?

    There is no navigation menu.

    I have a few questions.

    by chance have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting this plugin?

    Also what version of the plugin is in use?

    Does this occur in other browsers?

    Are there any security or privacy plugins enabled? If so what happens when they are disabled?
