[Plugin: Navayan Subscribe] Widget doesn't show

@sallie, Its not an issue with your theme or subscribe plugin. The subscribe form will be displayed to non-logged in users only. This feature was asked by many users, so I introduced in v1.1.5 I. Please check detailed description of plugin.

“Checks whether user is logged in” does not imply “Displays a blank space when user is logged in.” I would have expected something like what Subscribe2 does, where it shows you a “Manage your subscription” link instead of a sign-up box.
