Plugin name not shown in the matrix if it includes Persian/Arabic characters

    The names of plugins that are in Farsi/Arabic characters are correctly displayed in actions WORDPRESS CORE & actions WOOCOMMERCE, but not displayed correctly in other places in the matrix.
