    Good morning,
Since the latest plugin updates, the plugin name has disappeared from both the sidebar and the plugin page. Everything is selectable, only the name is missing.

Furthermore, for several weeks the scheduling of some posts has been skipped. Every now and then posts aren’t published, what could it be?

    A thousand thanks
    Simo.

    Hello

the plugin name has disappeared from both the sidebar?

It may be some translation issue. We will try to fix it in the next update.

for several weeks the scheduling of some posts has been skipped. Every now and then posts aren’t published, what could it be?

Logs may tell the reason. Please enable logs in Advanced Settings and try again. Then send View log links to support on Telegram – @WPTelegramSupport.

Please do not share the logs on this public forum.

With the latest version of the plugin – v4.1.9, the issue should be resolved.

Yes thanks, with new update solved.

Instead I checked the logs for some posts that are not published, and in the logos that post that is not published is not highlighted, you can see up to the previous one, so no error is returned…

    Hi, can you help me?
Some posts are not published and I don’t understand why since they don’t appear in the LOGs at all.
    Thanks Simone.

How are those posts published? Do you use any plugin for that?

    What do you mean?
Posts are scheduled with wordpress and then published with your plugin.

Can I post the log link privately?
I repeat, posts that are not published are not mentioned in the logs, so nothing is seen.
