[Plugin: n3rdskwat-mp3player] Works in IE, but not Chrome or FireFox

This player is the answers to what I’m needing, but does not work in Chrome or FireFox, play button just flickers! Anyone else have the same issue? Works fine in IE. Any possible fixes out there?
