[Plugin: My Shortcodes] Codification of special symbols

    GoodMorning,
    we have a problem that prevents us to insert special character (like ‘è’ or ‘à’ or ‘€’) in the template of shortcodes. In specific, the characters are converted in other group of symbols like ‘?’ instead of ‘à’ or ‘a??’ instead of ‘€’.

    How can I resolve this issue? In italian language we use lots of this characters and we cannot change everyone in e’ instead of è.
