[Plugin: My Post Order] Custom Taxonomies?

Hey, I know this is a fairly old thread but I think I might be after the same thing…

Trying to change post order within a number of different custom taxonomies all within one custom post type (although that might change in the future). Some of the posts belong to several custom taxes and would need individual sorting for each. Couldn’t figure out a way to achieve this with your current plugin version, but was wondering whether it was possible at all?

Or would I have to create individual sections by manually adding all posts?
