[Plugin: My Page Order] Excluded pages showing up & BuddyPress

I use another plugin, “Exclude Pages” that allows me to exclude pages from the menu via a checkbox on the post page, but excluded pages still show up on My Page Order when I go to order the menu. Is there a way for the page order to check for excluded pages before displaying the hierarchies?

Also, is there a way to have the tabs in Buddypress show up on My Page Order so that those can be ordered as well?

Just a few feature requests, love the plugin, it is standard for all my WP installations.
