[Plugin: My Page Order] causes Redirect Loop

    Hi, ive got the plugin going and everything was working great BUT

    i had created a page and made it child of another, My Page Order plug worked fine and i was able to see that page as a child under “Order Subpages” within the admin panel.

    But i later made that a main page again, setting it to Main Page (no parent)in the dashboard so that it was no longer a child.

    and now whenever i try to visit that page i am getting a redirect loop and the page never loads. it seems to be bouncing between itself and what WAS the parent page.

    tried deleting and recreating the page… uninstalled reinstalled the plugin. but nothing, what could be the issue?

  • Is it when you visit the actual page itself on your site? If it is then there’s something else going on. All my plugin does is update the “menu order” in the database (which is available at the bottom of the Edit Page screen, but it sucks using that to order). Maybe something up with caching or your page slug?

    ok, scratch that… it was indeed another plugin issue that i just happened to notice when using the my page order plugin and I ASSumed it was the causee
