[Plugin: My Link Order] MyLinkOrder stopped working in 3.3

Ok, it appears that this template call is working well on 3.3

mylinkorder_list_bookmarks(array('orderby' => 'order', 'category_orderby' => 'order'));

I have WP 3.3, and this plugin is not ordering according to the options I have set in the widget. Have you figured this out so the widget works again? Thanks!

The plugin is working for me (WP 3.3.1), I use it in my template using a the template function as I wrote above. About the widget I don’t know, didn’t try to use the widget.

Doesn’t work with 3.32, though, yet. I feel for this guy; must be a pain that every upgrade of WP breaks this plugin.

It works fine in 3.3.2 and 3.4 beta. I’m not sure why you would say it breaks on every release considering how infrequently I have done updates over the past few years. If they change something in the WordPress core like ordering Link ID’s with ‘link_id’ instead of ‘id’ then my plugin is at their mercy. That’s how it’s been for the past 6 years since WP 1.5.

So do you actually want help with your issue?

I’m using the plugin in 3.4 and having difficulty with it. It doesn’t seem that the “Exclude Category” works at all. I want to put a set of links in the main sidebar at the right, and while I can configure a new category called “Related Links” and have it show up in order, the My Link Order won’t exclude other categories, such as “Blogroll”. I tried just assigning those links to another category and excluding that one, but it seems that My Link Order will show every possible category in which links are attached.

Am I configuring this incorrectly? I’m on the full 3.4 WP implementation.
