    Sorry it took a while to get back to you. Many people have asked for this, but it would take a good deal of custom code to accomplish. The built in display functions that the plugin uses have no capacity to specify different sort orders at different levels.

    I have an open feature request that would add an Alphabetize button to the ordering screen which would probably help get those lower levels in the order you need.
