[Plugin: My Category Order] multiple instance not working

I am attempting to run 2 drop down My Category Order widgets in the same sidebar, and I have the same problem as the user above.Only the first instance is operational. The 2nd one is visible, but upon making selection from the drop down it doesn’t hyperlink/jump to the selected page (it does nothing). If I reverse the order of the two widgets, then the previously non-operational one works fine…as long as it is the first instance of the widget in the sidebar.

So do 2 people officially make this a bug? :0) Hoping it becomes important enough to fix as this plugin otherwise rocks!
