[Plugin: My Calendar] my_calendar_upcoming not returning events

    Hello Joe,

    As above, I can’t seem to return any results when I use the my_calendar_upcoming, however the my_calendar is..

    I am doing an echo do_shortcode in my template for:

    [my_calendar_upcoming before="0" after="1" type="event" category="General" fallback="No events coming up!" template="<strong>Next Event:</strong> <a href=\'{link}\'>{title}</a> <small>{date} @ {location}</small><span></span>"]

    and it is returning ‘No events coming up!’. I have double checked that all events are in General category.

    (This is also not working for the example my_calendar_upcoming example code found within Help)

    PS I jist upgraded from 1.4 to 1.7.

    Can you or anyone reading this shed any light on it?

    Which WordPress version are you using? I’ve fixed a problem with Upcoming Events due in 1.7.3, but it’s not exactly what you’re describing. The shortcode you’re using works perfectly in my own test installations using the currently available version 1.7.2; are you upgraded to 1.7.2, or just at 1.7.0?

    I was on wp 3.03, but have now upgraded to 3.04, with still no luck and yes – I’m running 1.7.2 of My Calendar.

    Interestingly enough I’ve just noticed that the event information are not not displaying in the my_calendar output.. just an empty box appears when the days is clicked on where there would normally be the event info..

    I think I will delete the plugin files and re-install to see if that changes things..

    OK I did clean install of plugin including deleting the tables in the DB and it’s sorted.. must have got a bit corrupt or the upgrade from 1.4 – 1.7.2 did something? Cheers anyway.
