[Plugin: My Calendar] add groups

    Helly everyone,

    I was wondering how I can have an event show up for a spacific group? For example, if I have groups playser,coaches,referees, and fans. How can If Arod adds a pregame party, how can this be displayed on all player calendars but not on the coaches, referees and fans?

    That’s an interested suggestion. You can, in theory, do something like that using the existing plugin — although it would require a combination of other plugins, as well. You could create pages which were only visible by certain groups of people, and include versions of the calendar which show only the categories which those groups should see.

    I won’t be adding a method to group users to this plugin – that’s well out of scope – but I’ll certainly consider an option which could display different versions of the calendar to different user groups.
