  • same here. Have WP version 3.3.1, network enabled

    Possibly a conflict with another plugin?
    Plugins installed are:

    Add Cloned Sites for WPMU (batch)
    Akismet
    Contest Burner
    Crawlable Facebook Comments
    Facebook Comments
    Fast Secure Contact Form
    fbLikeButton
    Google News Sitemap Feed With Multisite Support
    OptionTree
    WordPress Importer
    WordPress MU Domain Mapping
    WP-Piwik
    WP Native Dashboard

    Only non “network” and non “network activated” plugins will show in the list. Otherwise you will get multiple include errors on your site.
