[Plugin: Multisite Language Switcher] Translation hint displayed above post

Hi,
Glad I switched from Joomla to WordPress. Your plugin and great tutorials on setting a multilingual site didn’t even take a day. It’s a great plugin and my site is clean and uncluttered.
Do have a question, not being a programmer don’t want to mess with code.
Is there a way to move the “Hint” from below the post to above it ?
I came across this code
