[Plugin: Multisite Global Search] Posts with objects and more short tags cut off

Posts that have objects embedded and use more short tags do not display correctly on results screen because the <object> tags are cut short before closing, which stops execution of the page. Example result snippet:

Notice the object HTML is abbreviated with a “…” before finalizing.
