[Plugin: Multisite Global Search] Exclude blog

Hi aliciagh,

This looks like a very exciting plugin! Not a lot out there that tackle cross-network searches. I’m just starting to play around with it and immediately think of a feature I’d love to see in future versions: the possibility to exclude a blog. That would be awesome.

Pagination of search results would also be quite handy.
Will give more feedback as I progress with it.
