[Plugin: Multisite Global Search] Changing display order of blogs

    Your plugin is AWESOME. I’m using it on a 10-site multisite and it’s working beautifully.

    Quick question:
    – Is it possible to change the order in which the blogs are displayed in the search results (when results are found for more than one blog)? By default, it seems to order them by “registered”. I tried tweaking the code views.php as follows (but got an error message when I re-activated the plugin):

    FROM: ORDER BY registered DESC

    TO: ORDER BY blogname ASC or even ORDER BY display_name ASC

    Any ideas?

    Also, it’d like to create a list of blogs at the very top of the search results (when results are found in more than one blog) and then link each blog’s name to an anchor in the search results where the results for that blog begin (sometimes there are MANY results across many blogs in the network). But I’m struggling to figure out how… any ideas?

  • I’m with a similar issue in my network:

    I need to change the order of search results, showing first the current blog, followed by the others. Could this possible?
