[Plugin: Multiple Post Thumbnails] Seconary image stretching

The secondary image stretches when the browser is re-sized to thinner than the actual image. Not really a problem with a desktop viewer but it’s causing problems with the mobile site where all the images are squashed. I have set a px size for the secondary image but doesn’t seem to affect it. Anyone experienced this before?
