[Plugin: Multiple content blocks] Error: Sorry, can’t edit files with “..” in the name.

I have static content before get_template_part and after.

If I move the static part below get_template_part, so the page starts with get_template_part there is no problem.

Is it a bug in MCB?

Yeah it’s a really annoying bug, caused by the fact I have to interpret the entire code. Everyone has slightly different coding methods and this causes some problems.

Try removing the spaces between ( and ‘ in the entire template. It should be fixed.

Sorry for that, but we do not have the time to fix this problem, since more problems will be caused by different code syntax and so on!

Yearh! Removing spaces did the job. Thanks mate for the quick answer and solution.

For everybody else:

Before (the problem)
get_template_part( 'loop', 'page' );

After (the solution)
get_template_part('loop','page');

This problem should be fixed in the new completely rewritten 3.0. Templates and annotations should always work now.
