[Plugin: Multiple Category Selection Widget] Display multiple child categories?

Hi & thanks for a very handy plugin. I just wanted to ask if its possible to display more than one level of categories. I’ve got a category menu as follows:

Sectors
– Arts
– – Dance
– – Film
– – etc

By default, the menu will only display Arts and I wondered if there might be an easy method of shows all child cats also?
