[Plugin: Multi-Column Taxonomy List] Basic Shortcode Breaks

The simple, basic shortcode [mctl] or [mctl show_count=’1′] breaks the page. All other shortcodes which display custom taxonomies or tags appear to work correctly. I’m sure this is simply resolved, but you won’t be able to display a basic list of categories.
