• My main concern with this plugin is the high number of negative reviews. They might undermine the credibility of this plugin and deter potential users from even trying it.

    Most negative reviewers FEEL cheated when they discover there is a paid version that does what they need. The author should address these feelings, imho.

    Please state limitations clearly & link to paid version openly.

    Pricing is reasonable on closer look (one off, no yearly fee), excellent documentation, works flawlessly – so far.

    @wwwland,

    Appreciate your review! It is very helpful and I agree with you that marketing is not my strongest skill. It was always for me the lowest priority until recently.

    Unfortunately number of bad reviews is significant however it is positive factor as those who read them carefully knows that it is worth to try and when they try, they always find it helpful and easy-to-use.

    AAM requires good knowledge in how WordPress access works and this requires strong attention to details and ability to read so those who do not read, in my experience, a lot of the times do something wrong and typically I have to go and help them to fix whatever they did wrong.

    I truly appreciate your interest in AAM.

    Regards,
    Vasyl

    P.S. I’m already working on more extensive documentation with many video tutorials. It takes time but it has to be done right.
