How many questions are in your quiz? Add the option questions=2 to the short code and see if it appears. Questions are limited by a buffer size set by your host. Report back.

Hi. Thanks for the quick response.

I had tried that before contacting you and it didn’t help. This site is hosted by a separate company than the other site I had you assist me with.

The other site was previously hosted by this company and I never had problems with large numbers of questions. And in this case, there are no more than 28 questions in each quiz I have created.

    Other ideas? Thanks.

Disable all other plugins except mine. See what happens.

    Unfortunately, no improvement.

The only other next bet is to turn off all plugins and switch themes to twenty ten or twenty eleven and see what happens. It has never not worked after switching themes with all other plugins disabled before.

Sadly, the problem still persists using twenty eleven with all other plugins disabled.

I just can’t think what it could be since I’ve used this plugin, with this host company, with this theme, in this version of wordpress on another site.

Ok. I have a new guess. Do you have content restriction plugins on your site? I just encountered another user who had a problem because his membership plugin would block access to my quizzes and there would be no output. Do you use any membership or content restriction plugins? if so, that’s your next stop. make sure they enable the content for the shortcode mtouchquiz

I do have a Members plugin installed, but that didn’t seem to be the problem. It didn’t have a shortcode rule like Membership, the plugin I think the other user was using.

In any case, I reinstalled the plugin today and now all my quizzes are working…so success in the end for whatever reason.

Thanks for taking the time to trouble shoot!

Well I’m glad it works now. But I’m still puzzled about what happened before. Thanks for reporting back. I hate to sound like the days of Windows 95 and tell people to reinstall!!
