[Plugin: Mozilla BrowserID] [Plugin: BrowserID] Load scripts only when needed

Hi Marcel,
I think that the BrowserID scripts should be loaded in the footer of the page. This enables the plugin to load the scripts only when needed.Here is a diff/patch showing the small changes needed to make this happen:
