[Plugin: More Types] Plugin destroys admin sidebar nav

When I activate this plugin, my admin sidebar nav goes all haywire, as in this screenshot below:

Group Show is our custom post type, the default Post and Page types seem to be the ones with the errors. I have disabled all other plugins and still see the problem. Any ideas?
