[Plugin: More Fields] Hiding Custom Field List

Hi — love the plugin, but I have one little annoyance. I used More Fields for a few custom fields on a custom post type. Works perfectly. However, the custom fields I created show up in the custom field drop down on every page.

I’ve seen how you can turn off visibility if you are creating the custom fields manually (using a _ in front of name), but can’t figure out how to do the same using More Fields.

Any suggestions? I’m stumped, and I would really like to clean up the interface on pages that were never intended to use those fields.
