[Plugin: More Fields] File List Image Bug

noticed a bit of what appears to be a bug in the more fields file list selector.

If you upload an image in the media library and then re-scale that image WordPress keeps the original file lets call it x.jpg and creates a new re-scaled one called x-e1289386279599.jpg (or some other numerical suffix).

In the normal gallery as part of the post admin this change in file is carried through, however the more fields file list just maintains the original ‘x.jpg’ in the list.

Any ideas on how to fix this? quite happy to hack some plugin files just need to know where to look.
