[Plugin: More Fields] Echo fields in Templates (in custom order)

I am setting up a daily specials menu for a restaurant. I installed More-Fields. And I have set up new Fields for Soups, Lunch, Dinner, etc.
I would like to have these displayed in separate dive boxes I have set up. How do I call these up individually.

I used

the_meta();

but that condenses them all into one. Does any one have an example of how he called these up in their templates?
