    Hello,

Lately, I migrated my site to another domain name. When I had to update the Modula plugin, I got errors. I understood later that I had not added the new domain name to my account information in wp-modula.com. So I added this domain name and complete the necessary updates.
However, I still have an error:
only the “Modula” plugin in wordpress is displayed as “Uninstall”. Do you have any idea where the problem could be ?

    Thank you,

  • Hi @julien1000f,

Thank you for reaching out to us!
That ‘Uninstall’ button does not mean that the lite/free plugin is not installed.

It only reflects the 2 options you have once the plugin is installed and active: you can deactivate it or uninstall it.

    Hope this makes sense.

You mentioned you get an error when trying to update. Can you please let me know what error is that?

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

    Hi @mplusb,

thank you for your reply !

First, the errors when I tried to update Modula Pro and that I mentioned is that: (sorry, it’s in french)
“Une erreur est survenue lors de la mise à jour de Modula Pro : Le téléchargement a échoué. Unauthorized”
And as I said before, I complete my acount information in wp-modula.com and it was settled.

Ok so if I understand what you say, I can deactivate the lite/free plugin, but when I do that, WordPress advertise:
    “Install & Activate Modula Lite
Since version 2.0.0 in order for Modula PRO to work properly, you’ll also need to have Modula Lite installed & activated”
    and the plugin don’t function.

If I activate the lite/free plugin, on a page where there are a gallery, I can see my gallery that don’t function. I see one only image.

    Thank you again

    Thank you for explaining!
