  • Having the same issue too. I pasted the script code in header.php and also did the plug-in steps too. Only thing I am not seeing is “Connected” on my onbile plugin page? Not sure if that should say “Connected” as it is still showing “Not Connected”.

    Something John and I are missing?

    I have been the same issue and I am looking for a solution… The status of “Onbile Connect” in the configuration plugin page shows me “Not Connected” too.

    did anyone solve this

    I ended up dropping Onbile totally. Check out “WordPress Mobile Pack”. I am pretty happy with that so far.
