[Plugin: MM Forms] Invalid header on install

Don’t know what happened to the old MM Forms but the new version is really just empty and when you unzip it there are 2 text files and no php code anymore.
Have no idea what’s going on.
I get this error on install:
The plugin does not have a valid header.When I try the community version I get:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
And on some websites it hogs 28MB on install and blows past 32MB limit on php.
What a mess.
