[Plugin: MM Forms] Displaying form data after submission

I am trying to find a way to display the data on a Thank You page from the form that was submitted. MM Forms has a the shortcode to display data from all submissions of a form, but I don’t see anywhere in the documentation where I can display a verification of the submission data.

Ideally, I’d like to use the data as a way to populate a printable page.

Does anyone have any experience doing this? I would really rather stay with MM Forms, as there is another mission-critical component that relies on the CSVs for database population.
