[Plugin: MM Forms Community] File Upload uptions not appearing

When I add a fileUpload field to my form, it does not appear under the field’s label. I looked at the source code, and it is grabbing an iframe with nothing in the body. What is the issue here?

I have published an update which addresses this issue. Unfortunately I only had time to repair the current solution and it looks a little strange with non images but it still should work.
