Plugin missing from cart and checkout pages

    Hi there,

    Are there any known issues going on with this plugin recently?

    I run this plugin on 3 websites and it is no longer displaying on all 3. The symptom is on the cart and checkout.

    I’d normally start with testing my websites but for it to be out on 3 websites seems strange to me.

    Can you help?
