Plugin missing

    Hi,
    WP Version 5.4.1 have been using this plugin for some time no issues, must have been an update and the plugin (and reviews) are missing completely. If i try and install again it fails because the “folder already exists”

    Had quite a few reviews in there so hope we can retrieve the data..
    Sorry, i am not a programmer or understand the workings of wordpress but if you can help that would be appreciated

    Tried to install the php file through the plugins page but it gave this error

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Tried creating a zip file and installing that but error is

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Had a look around to fix this but it starts to get a bit more involved than I have the experience for. hope you can point me in the right direction

    You need to put that code snippet into your active theme’s functions.php file.

    Once you have done that, install the Site Reviews plugin from the Add Plugin page.

    After Site Reviews has been installed, remove the code snippet from the functions.php file.
