• Hi Josh,
First I love your slide show plugin and thanks so much for being so dedicated to helping people out when we run across questions or problems (like you already have for me at https://www.alaskaseafoodcooperative.org . For my first slideshow using Meteor Slides, I put the slideshow in my header using a widget so my slide sizes are 505 x 195 px. After installing this I decided I wanted to use MS for my other slideshow that’s currently in another SS plugin but those slides are 500 x 375. In looking into MS multiple slideshows I see I need to redo my MS settings for the larger SS, download all my 500×375 pics in the WP media downloader then create the slideshow. Then I need to create the smaller header SS, make the slides to add to it, then override the default SS height/width with metadata. If this is correct, then my current header SS size will convert to the 500 x 375 size while I’m creating the larger SS so if anyone views my site during this time, the header will be way out of place with that size setting. Is this there a work around for this?
    Thanks so much!

Hi, thanks for the feedback! I would use metadata to set the dimensions of the header slideshow before changing the dimensions in your slideshow settings. This way the dimensions will be specified before you change it and there shouldn’t be any issues with that slideshow changing.

I wrote a tutorial about using different sized slideshows recently if you want more info about that.

Okay, I’ll give that a try. Thanks for the feedback and the tutorial!
